Shipping policy

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time & Rates

• Standard Shipping (India): 3-7 business days (Free on orders above ₹500)
• Express Shipping (India): 1-3 business days (₹49)
• International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship outside India.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Delays & Issues

• In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you in such cases.
• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at standoddgroup@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.

Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery

• Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.
